Dumpsters and portable toilets for North Union projects, cleanouts and gatherings.
Pick the closest match to your North Union project.
Good for move-outs, downsizing and clutter that has outgrown the curb.
Short walls and a clear fill line for slab, brick, block and dirt.
Fits most residential driveways and holds about four or five pickup loads.
Check your permit or contract to see how many accessible units you need.
Load through the rear door, and keep the weight spread evenly.
Roughly three pickup loads, handy when a bigger container will not fit.
For refits, tenant turnovers and clearing out pallets or old fixtures.
Needs generous space and a truck-friendly approach. Check before booking.
Framing offcuts, drywall, trim and packaging from a build or remodel.
Clearing a family home takes time, so ask about a longer rental window.
The basic rental: drop-off, load at your own pace, pickup. Ask which sizes are open.
Give your headcount and event length so the order gets sized properly.
Handy after storms, big trims and full backyard overhauls.
Suited to phased remodels where a one-week rental would run out.
A common pick for full-floor remodels and mid-size roofs.
Sized by squares and layers, since shingles add up in weight quickly.
A standard self-contained unit for projects or gatherings with no plumbing.
Foot-pump sinks with water tanks and soap, wherever taps are out of reach.
Depends on a nearby provider with a container and truck to spare.
Share your peak headcount, and move units as the work moves.
North Union has 11,281 residents and no shortage of garages, roofs and kitchens waiting to be emptied or torn out. HBI Roll Off is a phone line for those moments: call, describe the work and get connected with a provider near you.
We keep the first step short, so you are not ringing around North Union comparing answers yourself. The provider you reach sets the terms, so ask what weight, days and fees come with the container.
How the line works for North Union callers, and what stays with the provider.
Containers and portable restrooms are often sold by separate companies. Start with a single call and ask about both.
Street placement often needs a town permit. Check early, since the local office has the final word on it.
Concrete, brick and dirt need short-walled containers and a clear fill line. Mention them first so the right box gets sent.
Describe what is going in rather than guessing yards. Roofing, concrete and household clutter all load very differently.
Ask about 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers. Not every provider stocks every size, so have a second choice in mind.
A few things worth knowing before a truck heads to North Union.
If food is being served, your North Union or county health department may require them, and they are a sensible addition for any big crowd. Placing a sink near the restrooms and another near food lines keeps people from having to walk far.
Usually, as long as the container is sized for the weight. Layers matter: two layers on a North Union roof can double the tonnage. Have your square count ready, and ask whether shingles need to stay separate from other debris where you are.
Go by the job, not the house. A single bathroom or small cleanout in North Union often fits a 10 yard, a kitchen or several rooms of flooring a 15, and a mid-size reroof or full-floor remodel a 20. Going one size up usually costs less than a second haul.
Rental periods are set by each provider, and many start around a week. If your North Union project may run long, say so on the first call, because extra days are often cheaper when agreed before delivery than added afterward.
On private property, usually not. On a street, sidewalk or other public right of way, many towns do require one, and the rules differ across PA. Check with the North Union public works or permit office before the drop-off date.
Rentals generally include a set tonnage, and anything above it is billed by the ton once the load crosses the scale. Roofing, dirt and masonry reach that limit quickly. Ask for the included weight and the per-ton rate for North Union before you start loading.
